Game terms

Updated 13 September 2026. Pirate Pio is an evolving browser game with 30 levels, operated solely by Giedrius Sakalauskas. Contact: contact@piratepio.com.

Your account

Use an email or Google account you control and keep sign-in links private. Choose a suitable public nickname without impersonation, abuse or personal contact details. If local rules require parental permission, involve a parent or guardian before registering. Guests can play without creating an account.

Fair rankings

Each level has one all-time leaderboard showing each pirate’s fastest saved ranked time, including earlier game versions. Courses may have changed between versions. Ranked attempts require continuous play. Pausing, leaving the game or a severe performance interruption makes an attempt free play; completed progress and earned PIO can still be saved. Practice uses its own course. Each pirate appears once; equal times share a rank.

Do not use bots, altered clients, fabricated requests or exploits to earn ranked times or coins. The server checks recordings; unusual results may wait for review. A review flag alone does not prove cheating. Administrators may exclude invalid results. Contact us with your nickname and level if a result needs review.

PIO Coins and the shop

PIO is virtual game currency with no cash value. It is not cryptocurrency, an investment, a redeemable balance or a promise of a future token. PIO is earned through completed play, cannot be cashed out or transferred, and buys cosmetic items only. Shop items do not strengthen attacks or make ranked courses easier. Guest coins stay on the device and do not transfer to an account.

Changes and support

The game is still being improved. Features, courses and cosmetic items may change, and availability or uninterrupted saving cannot be guaranteed. Report problems to our contact email with the level, browser and what happened. Avoid including passwords or sign-in links. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
