Your first voyage
- Choose how to play. Select Play now, then sign in with Google or email to save to your account and compete, or choose Play as guest to try the game on this device.
- Learn the move. Follow the short, untimed lesson when it appears. On a phone, turn the screen sideways for the play area.
- Press Start. Follow the on-screen objective and watch Level time. Each timed level has a 10-minute limit; training and victory fireworks are outside the timer.
- Clear, save, continue. Complete the objective and let the result save. Finished levels turn gold. Select a gold level to practise or start a ranked time trial; use the arrows beside the level buttons to browse five levels at a time.
The red level marks your next challenge. Later levels stay locked until you reach them, and a pending save must finish before its level becomes available for replay.

Phone & touch screen
Play in landscape. Hold the left or right arrow to move, and tap JUMP to leap. You can move and jump together.
The attack button changes with the challenge: SLASH cuts targets, SPIN turns and cuts in midair, and PARRY returns shots.
Open Menu → Settings for larger touch buttons, reduced motion, screen-shake settings or lighter visual effects.
Wait for the sword to be ready between strikes. A well-timed cut beats frantic tapping.
Six chapters. Thirty challenges.
Each chapter adds a new skill. Read the warning cues and the objective shown above the play area.
L1–L5Jump the barrels
Jump over 20 barrels in each level. Later courses add faster cargo, wind, pairs and cannon fire. Move toward the ship to meet barrels sooner, but retreat left when the marked cannon zone lights up.
L6–L10Draw your sword
Break 20 targets. Face each target and slash when it is within reach. Follow moving targets, time your cuts against swinging barrels, and jump to hit the high ones.
L11–L15Jump, turn and cut
Break 20 glowing targets with aerial turn strikes. Jump, then press C or tap SPIN to turn and cut behind you. You can also turn with a movement arrow and slash with X or F while airborne.
L16–L20Return cannon fire
Face the incoming cannonball and press X or F, or tap PARRY, just before it reaches your sword. Stay on the deck for low shots and jump for high ones. Return 20 shots to clear each level; L20 ends with Captain Blackfin.
L21–L25Escape the inferno
Clear burning barrels and their flames, watch for explosive cargo and react to attacks from either side. In L24, jump and slash a hanging bucket so its water lands on a burning barrel. Extinguish 20 to clear Water Rescue.
L26–L30Conquer Kraken’s Islands
L26: collect 20 treasure bags on moving pontoons. L27: parry shots into 20 treasure chests. L28: slash 20 ghosts while they are visible. L29: jump low sweeps and slash raised tentacles to repel 20 attacks. L30: dodge the warnings, then jump and slash the Kraken King’s glowing weak spot for 20 hits.
Make your time count
Each level has one all-time leaderboard. Your fastest saved ranked time counts, and each pirate appears once. Lower times win; equal times share a rank. The board shows five places and uses your nickname, never your email.
Ranked time trial
Sign in and play continuously. Ranked attempts use a fixed course. To race a completed level again, select its gold button and choose Ranked time trial.
Practice & free play
Use Practice to learn different patterns. Completed practice and paused attempts can save progress and award PIO, but do not enter the leaderboard.
A pause changes the attempt. Pausing, opening the game menu or leaving the active game can interrupt a ranked run. You can finish as free play, or restart for a ranked time. A submitted time may also need review before appearing.
All-time rankings include saved results from earlier game versions, so courses may have changed. For a faster clear, meet objectives sooner, face the right way before attacking and learn the warning cues.
